The mission of the Reuben H. Fleet Science Center’s Human Resources Department is to assist paid and unpaid staff members with the opportunity to grow in an organization that provides a safe, healthy, and fulfilling work environment.

The skills, cooperation and dedication of the Fleet’s staff are essential for the organization to function effectively. The Human Resources Department is committed to attracting, selecting, retaining and developing a workforce that maintains the Fleet’s high standards.
