The Fleet offers weekly, half-day camps for eight weeks in the summer, as well as full-day camps in the spring and winter. The camps take place at the Science Center, and are designed to include fun, educational, hands-on activities while incorporating the Fleet's exhibit galleries.
Another spring and summer science camp session has ended and I must express my deep appreciation to the Fleet Education Department for the excellent programs you offer. My granddaughters thoroughly enjoyed their camps and both expressed a sadness that they once again have to wait until next year for their next camps. They loved their teachers, and the kids who volunteered were very much appreciated. My sincere thanks to the Fleet Education Department for caring about the science education of our kids." ~Samuel Kibler, Grandparent

Badge programs are offered on weekends year-round and are subject to availability. Each workshop will begin at noon. A minimum of 10 scouts is required for each program, and the maximum is 24. We encourage partnering with other groups to take a badge workshop together. Two adult chaperones are required for every eight scouts. Additional adults in attendance will be charged our current group rate for admission. Successful completion of these workshops will fulfill the requirements for each of the badges offered. The badge is not supplied as part of this workshop. Badge workshops cannot be booked less than one month in advance. Please have two possible dates in mind when you call.
