“The Sky Tonight” Planetarium Shows
Held the first Wednesday of every month at 7:00 p.m. in the Fleet Science Center’s Space Theater, “The Sky Tonight” presents the sky in San Diego as it appears on the night of the planetarium show as well as special topics in astronomy.

Tickets to the planetarium show are limited and often sell out. Members may make advance reservations by calling (619) 238-1233 ext. 810. It is recommended that all others arrive at the Science Center by 6:30 p.m. to purchase tickets. Tickets for “The Sky Tonight” include admission to the Exhibit Galleries.

Weather and operational requirements permitting, the San Diego Astronomy Association provides free telescope viewing outdoors following each planetarium show. This is a separate free event--planetarium show tickets are not required.
