Military Discounts
•   The Fleet offers 12 free admission days per year to military and their families to enjoy the Science Center’s exhibit galleries for free and discounted IMAX films.  Free admission for military and their family is valid on the first Tuesday of each month.  Upcoming Free Tuesdays are: July 6, August 3, and September 7. 
 
•   Vouchers – good for one IMAX film and all exhibit galleries – may be purchased at a 20% discount ($11.60 Adults 13+) or ($9.40 Kids 3-12 and Seniors 65+) from MWR ticket offices at the following bases/locations: 32nd Street, Silver Strand, North Island, Sub Base, Navy Station, Pier 7, Drive Side, Medical Center/Balboa Park, Camp Pendleton, MCRD and Miramar.
 
•   Every day: Military and their family receive a 10% discount on admission, tasty food from Galileo’s Café, and cool science-themed gifts and gadgets from the North Star Science Store. To take part in these deals and discounts, please show I.D.

Residents’ Free First Tuesdays at the Fleet
 As a THANK YOU to SAN DIEGO CITY and COUNTY RESIDENTS, the Fleet offers Residents’ Free Tuesday on the first Tuesday of each month. Free admission for San Diego county residents, active-duty military and local college students is to our exhibit galleries, IMAX® film admission is discounted to $8.50 per person, per film. Fridays at the Fleet (every Friday night starting at 6 PM)
Every Friday night, visitors can experience exciting IMAX films at the Fleet for a big discount. See one film for $8.50 and catch additional films for only $5 each! Classic IMAX films from our archives are paired with current hits for a full night of entertainment.

Senior Mondays: Education Programs, IMAX Films and Exhibit Galleries for $6!

Free On-Going Events at the Fleet

Climate Conversations – Quarterly Series
Join the Fleet and leading local scientists for interactive discussions on current climate change topics. Discussion topics range from “Climate Change & Predication” to “Longer Term Fossil Fuel Supplies.” For more information on this program, upcoming topics and dates visit, please click here.

Exploring Ethics – First Wednesday of the Month
On the first Wednesday of every month, the Fleet partners with the Center for Ethics in Science and Technology, for a public discussion forum. An RSVP is required; please call (858) 822-2647.

Educator Discount
Kindergarten through grade 12 teachers working within a 200 mile radius of the Reuben H. Fleet Science Center are eligible for free gallery admission with one guest. Educators may also purchase up to two IMAX tickets at the member price. Must show a school or union ID for discounted pricing and complete an Educator Survey.
