Win tickets to see Neil DeGrasse Tyson at the San Diego Civic Theater!

Everyone's favorite astrophysicist, author and science communicator is coming to the Civic Theatre to share his inside knowledge about science and the movies—and we're giving away a pair of ticketsfor this event! Since 1996, Dr. Neil deGrasse Tyson has been the Frederick P. Rose Director of the Hayden Planetarium at the Rose Center for Earth and Space in New York City.

In this event, Tyson covers films from Star Wars to Frozen for an entertaining and enlightening review of all the science that our favorite movies got wrong—combined with some of the stuff they got right! He incorporates the latest films, as well as some classics that you may not have known had any science in them at all.

This is your chance to attend the "Dr. Neil deGrasse Tyson: An Astrophysicist Goes to the Movies" event on Wednesday, September 26, at the San Diego Civic Theater!
